⒈ 由体内所自发的寒气。中医指因阳气虚弱，脏腑功能衰退而引起的水液运化障碍、浊阴滞留的病症。症状为吐泻、腹痛、手足逆冷或水肿痰饮等，虽用取暖或覆被等外在方式也都不能去除寒气。
