拓本[ tà běn ]：
⒈ 指从石碑上拓印下来的纸本。拓印时先将纸张浸湿，敷在碑刻或金石文物上，用毛刷刷平，此时凹刻的字迹、图案处便会凹下去。等纸晾干后，再以毛包拍打碑面上墨，平坦的地方乌黑一片，有字迹的地方则是空白。墨干后将纸揭起，整平，即完成摹印的工作。如曹全碑拓本、玄秘塔碑拓本。
