1.The Apppcant shall return the equipment and related documents provided by the Bank immediately upon termination of this Agreement.立约人并应于契约终止时，即返还贵行所提供之设备及相关文件。

2.The Apppcant transfers the rights and obpgations of the Service without the Bank's consent.立约人未经贵行同意，擅自将本服务之权利义务转让第三人者。

3.Each party is an independent contractor of, and is not an employee, agent or authorized representative of, the other party.协议的每一方是独立立约人，而不是雇员、代理或授权代表。

4.The Bank shall cancel the Apppcant's Customer ID immediately upon receiving the notice.贵行收到通知后应即注销立约人之用户代码。

9.The Apppcant violates Article 16 or 17 of this service agreement.立约人违反本服务合约第十六、十七条者。
