⒈ 中国传统医疗保健体操。始见于北宋。由八节连贯动作组成。是肢体运动、呼吸运动和意念相结合的保健术。

⒈ 我国具有悠久历史的一种健身方法。旧题 晋 许逊 述《灵剑子导引子午记》和 宋 曾慥 辑的《道枢》都有记载。以南北人体质的不同，有文八段武八段之别。文八段为静坐服气之法，包括：一、叩齿集神，二、摇天柱，三、舌搅漱咽，四、摩肾堂，五、单开辘轳，六、左右辘轳，七、左右按顶，八、钩攀。此法与十二段锦同源异流。武八段：一、两手擎天理三焦，二、左右开弓似射鵰；三、调理脾胃须单举，四、五劳七伤望后瞧，五、摇头摆尾除心火，六、背后七颠百病消，七、攒拳努目增气力，八、两手攀足固肾腰(见 梁世昌 《易筋经图说》附录)。
